PC4S is committed to a organizing a coalition that represents our community to further our work towards improving health and wellness for all of those we serve. Substance misuse and addiction impact individuals from all walks of life. We recognize that complex community and societal factors including social drivers, trauma, and stigma create risk factors. PC4S connects our communities to implement environmental change strategies to eliminate these social drivers, trauma, and stigma and improve quality of life for Rutherford County.
