"Improving mental health and preventing substance misuse"

About Us.

Prevention Coalition for Success is a community coalition with a mission to connect and empower communities.

Our Vision.

Healthy, hopeful, and resilient Tennesseans who feel supported by their communities.

Our Mission.

Connecting and empowering communities through education and advocacy to sustainably improve mental health and prevent substance misuse.

Our Coalition.

PC4S is committed to the inclusion within our coalition that is necessary in our work to foster health and wellness for those we serve. Substance misuse and addiction impact individuals from all walks of life. We recognize that complex community and societal level factors, traumatic experiences, and other social drivers create risk factors for substance use. PC4S connects our communities to implement environmental change strategies to improve quality of life for all in Rutherford County and across Middle Tennessee.

Title VI Compliance.

Prevention Coalition for Success is funded by grants from the State of Tennessee, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS) and the Tennessee Highway Safety Office. Whereby, no person in the United States or in Tennessee, shall on the basis of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied benefits of, or b subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal and/or Tennessee state funding assistance (Civil Rights Act of 1964; T.C.A. 4-21-904).
