The Family Support Specialist will work with parents/caregivers in PC4S’s Family Preservation Initiative. The Family Preservation Initiative in Rutherford County is established to work with children, youth, and parents to prevent the need for involvement with the legal and child welfare systems. By preventing system involvement, trauma is minimized and long-term stability is achieved for families.
